I've been busy with the holidays and visiting my Dad. I am planning to post recipes of marinated mushrooms that I made for my office party that we hosted and nutless banana bread that I made at my dad's yesterday as well as some yukon gold dill potatoes that I am making tonight. Hopefully once we get back to TX, I will have time to get those up quickly. Hope everyone had a nice holiday and has a happy new year.
